Return & Exchange Period

Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification

The following items are not eligible:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper use
